Michael began his career in Commercial Real Estate shortly after graduating from the University of Alberta (with Distinction) with a major in Finance and minor in Economics. Michael’s additional post-secondary education has provided him with a strong ability to work with numbers and a concrete understanding of the economy.
Michael spent several years working in the banking industry as a Financial Advisor. In this role he worked with his clients to achieve their complex financing needs and meet their retirement or investment goals. Since joining the real estate industry in 2015, Michael has provided his clients with an unwavering commitment to provide the best results. He has completed numerous transactions amounting over 200,000 sq. ft., and continues to prove that a strong work ethic and financial background can create true success for his clients.
Michael’s experience with marketing properties speaks to his work ethic. It is his belief that being aggressive with efforts to seek tenants/buyers is paramount to the success of his endeavors; Waiting for the business to come simply will not do. Michael’s approach includes personally introducing himself to his target demographic, and ensuring they receive marketing materials. This hands-on approach has proven to be very successful for Michael and his clients.
