Dan has extensive experience in purchase and lease negotiations, including renewals, terminations, subleases, dispositions and agency listing assignments. He primarily supports both local and institutional commercial real estate ownership and user groups, guiding clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence. Dan’s agency listing experience also involves advising to obtain Federal government occupiers through the government’s extensive lease proposal process. In addition, Dan’s market intelligence helps clients on investment acquisitions and dispositions within the office real estate sector.

Before joining NAI Commercial Real Estate, Dan spent several years in roles that involved representing institutional owners and supporting complex real estate occupier mandates. This background gives him a well-rounded perspective and a strong understanding of how to identify opportunities that create meaningful value for his clients.
